All Xidax Desktop PCs are covered for the lifetime of the system. The Xidax desktop lifetime warranty includes phone support as well as parts coverage.
If the hardware system is defective within the first 30 days Xidax will cover the costs shipping the item back. If defect is found after the 30 day period, but before the 1 year period, Xidax will cover the return shipment. If defect is found after the 1 year period the customer is responsible for shipment to and from Xidax.
Customer support will be provided for however long you own your Xidax laptop computer. Parts are covered by default for 2 years, and additional coverage can be purchased via the upgrade center when you configure your Xidax laptop.

NVIDIA video drivers can be downloaded from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us make sure to select the proper video card series.
